Klartext: die Proformarechnung ist der Vertrag, der Chargenbericht der Beleg — und Stillstands-Streitigkeiten vermeiden Sie, indem Sie zuerst die Seriennummern prüfen.
1. Scope
These terms govern use of this website and all quotations and orders placed through it. By submitting an inquiry you agree to them on behalf of your company.
2. Quotes & prices
Website prices are reference values in USD for catalog guidance and are not an offer. Binding terms exist only in a proforma invoice countersigned by both parties. Prices exclude taxes, duties and freight unless stated on the PI.
3. Orders & payment
An order is formed when the buyer returns a signed PI and the deposit is received, per the payment flow on our Payment & Shipping page. Title passes on full payment; risk passes per the agreed Incoterm.
4. Fitment responsibility
Buyers must verify machine model and serial numbers before ordering. Where FAYYO confirms fitment in writing based on buyer-supplied data, that confirmation forms part of the contract.
5. Intellectual property
Site design, text, illustrations and the FAYYO mark belong to FAYYO. Third-party brand and model names are property of their respective owners and appear solely to identify compatible equipment — no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAYYO's aggregate liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Consequential damages (downtime, lost rental, lost contract) are excluded in all cases.
7. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including port closures, export restrictions, container shortages and natural disasters. We will propose alternatives quickly when it happens.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation go to CIETAC arbitration in Guangzhou.
