Send the model and serial (PIN) number from the plate with your RFQ. Our reference team confirms fitment against parts catalogs for your serial break, free of charge, before you pay anything.

T/T bank transfer to our company account for the full invoice amount, settled before we reserve stock or start production. Open account terms are available for established partners after five settled orders.

Yes. Dimensional checks, hardness profiles, and pump/injector bench curves are compiled per batch and shared before shipment. Photos of your actual packed order come with them.

Absolutely — many buyers consolidate containers. We deliver domestically to your forwarder’s warehouse with full packing lists, or handle export booking yourself (FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen).

Send the batch code, photos and what failed — we compare it with the test records kept for that batch and answer in writing with a proposed resolution. We do not sell a warranty period, so each case is settled with you directly; the after-sales page explains the process.
