Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what a quotation needs, we use it for the quotation, and nothing else.
1. What we collect
Inquiry data you submit voluntarily: company name, contact person, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, message content, attached files, and the parts in your inquiry cart. Technically: anonymized page statistics to understand which catalogs get attention.
2. How we use it
To quote your RFQ, confirm fitment, arrange shipment and — only if you opt in — send catalog or price updates. We never sell or rent your data. Quotation emails come from our own sales team, not third-party lead marketplaces.
3. Files you upload
Parts lists and photos are stored on our secured company servers for order processing. They are visible only to the sales engineer handling your account.
4. Local storage
This site keeps your inquiry cart, currency and language preference in your browser's local storage so they survive a refresh. Clear your browser data any time; nothing sensitive is stored locally.
5. Data retention
Inquiry records are kept for 5 years to support after-sales review, customs and repeat-order service. Unsuccessful cold inquiries are deleted after 12 months unless you ask us to keep your file.
6. Your rights
Request a copy, correction or deletion of your company data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days in the language you wrote in.
7. Cross-border transfer
Data is hosted in China with TLS encryption in transit. If your country requires specific transfer clauses, tell us — we will send our DPA template.
