Defect reports, reviewed against the batch file

FAYYO does not sell a warranty period. What we commit to is a review you can check: report the failure with evidence, we pull the test records kept for that batch, and the resolution is agreed with you case by case.

How a defect report runs

  1. 1

Quote the batch code and the machine

Every carton carries a FAYYO batch code. Send it with the model and serial (PIN) of the machine and one line on what failed — the code links straight to the stored test file.

  2. 2

    Evidence, not adjectives

Photos of the part as installed, the marking side, and measuring evidence where it helps (caliper, gauge, hour meter). For a hydraulic failure, a used-oil analysis.

  3. 3

    Written conclusion, then agreement

We compare your part against the records from that batch and answer in writing: what the data shows, and a proposed resolution you are free to decline or negotiate.

Outside the review

  • Fitment mismatch ordered against an unverified serial.
  • Incorrect installation, overloading or work outside the rated duty.
  • External damage, welding or modification after delivery.
  • Fluid contamination on hydraulic parts — the used-oil analysis decides this first.

Nothing on this page is a promise of replacement or credit: each case is decided on its evidence and settled with you. Commercial returns follow their own rules. Read the returns policy
