Simple T/T flow, no card details, no platform fees

1. 01

   Quotation & PI

   We confirm fitment, price and lead time, then issue a proforma invoice with bank details (company account only — never personal).

2. 02

   Payment in full

   One T/T transfer settles the whole proforma invoice. Production or stock reservation starts the day the funds clear — wires typically take 1–4 business days.

3. 03

   Manufacture & QC

   You receive progress photos and the QC file: measurements, hardness, test reports and packing list drafts.

4. 04

   Shipping & documents

   We book the freight and issue the full document set — B/L or airway bill, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where applicable — and confirm copies the same day.

5. 05

   Delivered to your door

   Door-to-door DDP terms where you need them: customs clearance and duties arranged before the cargo moves, delivery at the address on your proforma invoice, and you sign the receipt.

Payment terms

• • T/T to company account, settled in full before production or dispatch.
• • No instalments, no card details, no platform fees — one proforma invoice, one bank transfer.
• • Repeat partners: OA 30–60 days after 5 settled orders, subject to credit check.
• • Prices quoted in USD, EUR or GBP. Currency fixed on the proforma invoice.
