Quality control

If it can be measured, it is measured — twice

A promise line proves nothing; a measured file does. Here is the five-gate process every part passes before it can be quoted to you.

  1. 1

    Supplier audit

Factories are audited on tooling, heat-treatment control and batch traceability before any purchase order. We keep approved-vendor lists per part family.

  2. 2

    Incoming inspection

Every inbound batch is sampled against AQL 2.5. Dimensions are checked on the CMM or with calibrated gauges against the OEM drawing.

  3. 3

    Material verification

Undercarriage parts: hardness depth on pins, bushings and rollers; HRC profile recorded per batch. Castings get UT spot checks for slag.

  4. 4

    Functional bench tests

Pumps and motors run on the flow/pressure bench to the OEM curve. Injectors are pattern-tested. Each unit ships with its own test sheet.

  5. 5

    Pre-shipment report

Photos, measurement records and test results are compiled into the shipment file — you approve before the container seals.

Test coverage by category

QC test coverage per part category
CategoryStandard tests
UndercarriagePitch elongation, hardness depth, seal pull test, proof load on link groups
HydraulicFlow & pressure curve, case-drain leakage, burst test on cylinders (sampled)
EngineInjector pattern report, turbo balance certificate, gasket material certs
ElectricalContinuity fixture test, connector IP check, ECU load-run
FiltersMedia weight & pleat count, burst pressure, collapse ΔP, anti-drain valve check
Seal KitsMaterial durometer, FKM identification test, dimension spot check

Third-party inspection (SGS / BV) is available on request for container orders, at cost. Test reports shown on this website are illustrative samples — your order always ships with reports for your actual batch numbers.
